Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We use DPD for all our shipping so more information on delivery times and tracking can be found here

Shipment processing time

For John Deere Stainless Steel Tractor Exhausts we can usually deliver the following day from when order has been placed. Usual shipping times for all other items from when order has ben placed are as follows.

Tractor Exhuasts : 5 – 7 Days

Truck Bars : 7 – 10 Days

All orders are processed with next day delivery once the product has been manufactured with some exceptions. Please call our office for further information. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Certain items may not be available.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and you can also check via link on your invoice.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

V.A.T at 23% is applied on all products. Pipefab Ltd,. is not responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order on landing in the order destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pipefab Ltd,. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping

But we will file a claim on your behalf with the courier to ensure you are compensated with either a new product or a refund.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the following countries. Germany, Uk, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland
